Find the work your team keeps doing twice
Most teams lose more hours to repeated work than to anything else, and almost nobody has written down how much. This audit makes you write it down. Then it shows you which few things are worth automating first.
What you actually do
List what repeats
Every piece of work your team does more than once a week. Not projects. The same thing, again, in the same shape.
Put hours against it
Roughly how many hours a week it costs across everyone who touches it. Rough is fine. Nobody is auditing your audit.
Score two things
Does it follow the same steps every time, and how much real judgment does it need. Those two answers decide what a machine can take.
Read the order
The audit sorts your list and shows you the hours you could get back. Most teams find three or four items carry most of the weight.
Worth ten minutes if
This is for you
- You have a team, even a small one
- Headcount keeps going up and you are not sure why
- You suspect some of it is the same work on a loop
- You want to know what to fix first, not everything at once
This is not
- A list of AI tools to try
- A course
- Useful if you work alone
- Going to tell you to fire anyone
Or skip the queue and hand me the whole thing
Every week I take one founder's operation and solve it on camera. You get the full diagnosis in public, for free, and I never use your company name without asking first.
Slots are limited to one a week, so this is worth doing only if you actually have a team and a problem that is costing you real money.
