Free Mobile Content Approval Template: Copy, Fill, Ship

Rafay Korai · 5 min read · 2026-11-04

Starting from a blank page is the slow part of any setup. This post gives you a template for mobile content approval that you can copy, fill in and use today: a brief for your AI, a review checklist, and a rules list, with a filled example next to each.

The template assumes you send drafts to Telegram and approve them on your phone. The full setup is in Lesson 2.6: Approve every post from your phone. The template here is yours to copy and edit.

Fill in one brief, one checklist and one rules list, and your AI knows what to draft, you know what to check, and your corrections have somewhere to go.

Part 1: The drafting brief

Paste this at the start of your setup and fill in the brackets.

Job: Draft [number] social posts per [day or week] for [business]. Each post should [tell, remind or invite]. Reader: [who they are, what they know, how they feel]. Voice: [three plain words, for example warm, short, practical]. Always include: [link, booking line, or sign off]. Never: [claims you cannot back, topics to avoid, words you dislike]. Before posting: send each draft to my Telegram chat with an Approve button and a Change button. Do not publish until I tap Approve.

The last line matters most. It is what turns drafting into approval.

Filled example: a neighbourhood bakery (illustrative)

Job: Draft one social post per day for Corner Loaf, a small bakery. Each post should tell people about a bake, remind them about Saturday orders, or invite them to a tasting. Reader: Local families who like fresh bread and read on their phones between jobs. Voice: Warm, short, practical. Always include: The line "Order by Friday noon for Saturday pickup." Never: Health claims, discounts I have not approved, exclamation marks. Before posting: send each draft to my Telegram chat with an Approve button and a Change button. Do not publish until I tap Approve.

Corner Loaf is an invented example. Swap in your own details.

Part 2: The review checklist

Use this on each draft. Keep it where you can see it, such as a pinned note.

  1. JobCan I say in a few words what this post is for?
  2. FactsAre dates, times, names, links and prices right?
  3. ClaimsIs anything promised that I cannot back?
  4. VoiceDoes it sound like me?
  5. ImageDid I open the image full size?
  6. DecisionApprove, or Change with one fix.

Part 3: The rules list

Every time you ask for a change twice, add a line here. Lesson 2.6 teaches how each change becomes a rule your AI keeps. Start the list with a few lines and let it grow.

Rules: 1. [Rule from a fix I made twice] 2. [Another] 3. [Another]

Example rules for the bakery:

1. No exclamation marks. 2. Open with the bake, not with "Good morning." 3. Keep posts under four sentences.

Write each rule as something you can check. "Sound friendlier" is hard to check. "Open with the bake" is easy.

Part 4: The voice note format

When you tap Change, say your fix in a single sentence. Telegram bots can receive voice messages, so you can speak it. A simple pattern:

Change: [what is wrong]. Make it [what you want]. Keep [what to leave alone].

Example: "Change: the date is wrong. Make it Saturday the ninth. Keep everything else."

How to use the template in a week

DayWhat to do
1Fill in the brief and send yourself a test draft
2 to 3Use the checklist on every draft
4 to 5Send voice notes for any change
6Turn repeated fixes into rules
7Count approved, changed and rejected

Adjusting the template

If your drafts keep missing the mark, the fault is usually in the Reader or Never lines. Make them more specific. If you are changing posts a lot for tone, add a short example of a post you love, pasted into the brief.

If you post to more than one platform, copy the brief and change the length and format lines for each. A short caption and a longer post need separate guidance.

Keep it safe

Do not paste your bot's token into the brief or any shared document. Telegram says the token authenticates your bot and can be revoked through BotFather. Keep it in a private place.

Part 5: A one page version

If you want everything on one page, copy this and fill it in.

Business: [name and one line]. Reader: [who]. Voice: [three words]. Posts per week: [number]. Types: [list]. Always: [line]. Never: [list]. Review times: [two times a day]. Rules so far: [three lines]. Check each draft: job, facts, claims, voice, image. Change by voice: one fix per note. Weekly: count approved, changed, rejected and write one rule.

Keep a copy in your notes app, and print it if you like paper. When something changes in your business, such as new opening hours or a new product, update the page first and the drafts will follow.

Common template mistakes

  • Filling the Never line with vague wishes. Write specific words and claims.
  • Leaving out the Approve button line, so drafts publish straight away.
  • Writing a Reader line like "everyone". Name one real type of person.
  • Never updating the rules list after a fix.

A second filled example: a freelance coach (illustrative)

Job: Draft three posts per week for a freelance career coach. Types: a tip, a reminder to book a call, and a short reflection. Reader: Mid career professionals who feel stuck and are short on time. Voice: Calm, direct, kind. Always include: A link to the booking page. Never: Promises about getting a job or a raise, invented client stories, jargon. Before posting: send each draft to Telegram with Approve and Change buttons.

Notice the Never line. A coach is tempted to promise outcomes, so the template blocks it before a draft is ever written. This coach is made up, and your lines will differ.

Questions people ask

Can I edit the template?

Yes. Change anything. It is a starting point.

Do I need the Never line?

It helps more than most lines, because it stops repeat mistakes.

How long should the brief be?

One short paragraph per line is plenty.

Where do I keep it?

Somewhere you can reach in one click, and where your AI can load it each time.
